Lent Assembly and Pancake Flipping

In assembly we learnt about the Christian tradition of Lent and the feast of Shrove Tuesday. We had a pancake flipping competition with each class. We were quite competitive to see who could flip the pancake the highest!

Year 6 have enjoyed taking part in Shrove Tuesday activities this week and as well as eating lots of yummy pancakes. 😄 What did you have on your pancakes this year?
