This week, Ashwood took part in a With Me in Mind workshop, as part of Children’s Mental Health Week. Our Mental Health Ambassadors set up activities to support having positive mental health, and wellbeing. They got a lot of the children to join in with activities, thinking about emotions, and how to handle them. The children used characters from Inside Out 2 to help them talk about emotions, and also took part in some arts and crafts, and games.
