Ashwood Easter Parade 🐣

We held our Easter bonnet parade for EYFS, Y1 and Y2. We had some guest judges from Broadacres care home and Rawmarsh community library to decide on the winners. It was a very difficult decision. Nancy, one of the residents from Broadacres said “The children’s bonnets would be very fitting at Ascot!” They looked amazing.

Children and their parents and carers had worked super hard on their bonnets!

The children walked down our own cat walk on the playground and the children clapped and cheered them along.

  • Winners for EYFS were Henry and Millie who won 1st prize and Olivia and Deborah who won second prize
  • Y1 first place Selena and second place Lucas
  • Y2 first place Isabelle and second place Vienna

All winners have received a special Easter egg as their prizes!

We loved having our friends from the local community to support us. Well done everyone!
