On Monday, our Year 5 and 6 students had an exciting opportunity to take part in a hands-on STEM session led by Elevation X in partnership with YPO.
The session was packed with energy!
Children explored different types of energy, including renewable, non-renewable, and sustainable sources. They also got stuck into some real engineering by learning how to build an effective electrical circuit.
The highlight? Building and racing their own mini cars! Students worked in teams to construct, and test their creations – then raced them to see which car could travel the furthest.
A fantastic mix of Science, creativity, and teamwork!
