This week at Rawmarsh Ashwood, we have been celebrating some fantastic achievements from our pupils. Being part of Ashwood is about more than just hard work – it’s about character, kindness, and determination.
A special mention goes to those pupils who have been demonstrating the Ashwood Way through their actions, whether that’s supporting others, showing kindness, or being positive role models. We have also seen some excellent examples of resilience, with pupils tackling challenges, learning from mistakes, and showing great perseverance in their learning.
Our young artists have also impressed us with their beautiful pen and ink work, using techniques such as cross-hatching and fine detailing to create some stunning pieces.
We are especially proud to celebrate Scarlett and Reuben, who received Headteacher’s Awards this week. Reuben has shown fantastic resilience and a positive attitude towards learning, while Scarlett has consistently demonstrated kindness, respect, and a commitment to helping others.
Well done to Scarlett, Reuben, and all of this week’s special mentions – keep up the great work!
