A key word FS2 continue to revisit is ‘celebration’. Throughout the year, the children have had lots of reasons to celebrate, and many festivals to enjoy. Last term, they celebrated the Lunar New Year. They acted out the story of the Great Race, and the order in which the animals finished the race. Did you know 2025 is the year of the snake?
FS2 then learnt about the ways New Year is celebrated around the world, and took part in activities such as cleaning the classroom, making cards, making lanterns, having a delicious meal, and best of all, having a party. Amazing work FS2, well done!
