Over the last few weeks Ashwood have been taking part in the Engineers Without Borders schools’ workshops, provided by Sheffield university students so far, they have explored:
Margaret Murie – without her we would not have national parks to help to protect thousands of animals.
Famous astronaut and previous Sheffield student – Helen Sharman! The first British citizen in space!
And Mae Jemison – American astronaut, doctor and engineer! We are looking forward to see which inspirational women are next!
