Y4 Artist Focus

Year 4 are focusing on the artist Mackenzie Thorpe this half term. We visited the top of Rawmarsh, where we took scenic photos of the surrounding area. We then tried to recreate Mackenzie Thorpe images of adding a splash of colour.

Determining Data with Year 4 💻

Last week Year 4 have been looking at how to input data in ICT using google sheets. We collated information on the class’s favourite pet, colour and food. We then transferred this data onto a spreadsheet and looked at how to produce graphs to show the information. 📊

TEKK Challenge with Year 6

Year 6 have had a fantastic afternoon working with Tracey from HSBC on our TEKK challenge. We worked reciprocally on creating a piece of playground equipment made from a range of different materials. We also had so much fun in the process! 🛠
