EYFS have been working hard to develop Kandinsky-inspired Christmas Card Designs. The children used blue and white to mix different shades and tones of blue. They used these tones to paint a winter backdrop that was inspired by Wassily Kandinsky’s ‘Circles’. After this, the children used an ink pen to draw their own Winter scenes. We looked at the space on the page and tried to use the whole space that was available to us.
