Year 4 have been working closely with Grimm and Co in Rotherham creating their own poems . We were lucky to have radio presenter and poet Sile Sibanda work with the children on planning, writing and editing their own poetry. This resulted in a whole school performance and a performance to the parents showcasing their work. This included instrument playing and singing. Two groups have been lucky enough to be chosen to perform at Rotherham civic. We have even had our singing recorded by Sile and played on BBC Radio Sheffield. What a great time we all had.
