The whole school have taken part in a live drawing event with Axel Scheffler, illustrator of the popular Julia Donaldson books The Gruffalo and A squash and a squeeze.
This is part of the 30th anniversary of A squash and a squeeze. Each class has a new set of books to mark the event.
We loved seeing how he drew some of his favourite characters and how he brought them to life.
Some of our children would love to be artists and illustrators when they grow up.
