Super Scientists

Year 4 are currently learning about forces this term and have been immersed into a world of experiments.

This week we have been looking at friction and how different materials can create more friction. We learned that smoother surfaces such as tissue paper and foil created less friction. Whereas bubble wrap and tea towels can create more. This is due to the surface of the material.

Next week we will be looking at air resistance and hoping to make our own parachutes.
