Year 4 had a wonderful visit to Rotherham Minster. Rev Ali and Ian, gave a guided tour of the building, telling us all about the history of the building, what it is used for and how important it is for the community.
An hour was not enough and the children were fascinated by all the stained glass windows and really immersed themselves. Rev Ali commented on how the children asked some wonderful questions.
It is lovely that our links to the wider community are really expanding and we look forward to visiting again, and welcoming them to come into our school in the future.
