Year 4 had an amazing time visiting Broadacres care home again to read to the residents.
Our regular visits to the care home are highlights for both year 4 and Broadacres. The children not only read to the residents but they listen to stories from them, learning about their lives and how different things are in modern days.
We can not wait to go there again at Christmas to sing Christmas carols to them, and look forward to welcoming some of them into our school for a performance in the near future.
