BBC 500 words writing competition

Children from across school met with Mrs Smith to begin the BBC 500 words writing competition.

This is a competition which inspires children to write their own stories that are no longer than 500 words. They’ve got to think about the audience and purpose and the style in which they write.

The group have come up with a range of different stories such as horror, adventure and action. Staff from across school can’t wait to see the final piece!
