The Ashwood children who were interested in applying for the role of Eco Warrior had a discussion with Miss Roper. They looked at the Energy Sparks programme that the school uses, to monitor CO2 emissions and the cost of energy used. The children then looked at how much energy the Ashwood solar panels are generating.
In the month of August our solar panels generated enough energy to boil 34,000 kettles!
