Our New School Council

Children have been putting themselves forward to be elected as school councillors to represent their class and represent school.

They said a speech or wrote a presentation about why they would make suitable candidates. Each class voted for their school councillors just like in the real general elections. This helps us to understand democracy.

The new student council cannot wait to start work and will work with Miss Roper to make Ashwood even better! Congratulations to you all.
